The BCI Journal (www.tandfonline.com/tbci) will publish a special issue of peer-reviewed articles with results presented at the 2016 BCI Meeting or articles whose content results from this meeting. Details are available here.   

Oral Presentations

All abstracts have been peer-reviewed by at least 2 reviewers.  The Program Committee selected a group of abstracts covering the breadth of BCI topics for oral presentation in the research session on Tuesday afternoon.  All other abstracts will be assigned to one of the three poster sessions with the assignments announced sometime in May.

Oral presentations will be given in the Tuesday afternoon research session from 14:30 – 17:30.  The abstracts selected for oral presentation are listed below in the order of presentation.  Each oral presentation will be 10 minutes long with an additional 2 minutes for questions.  The projector default to a 16:9 aspect ratio.  Presentations should show the title of abstract as submitted, the authors, and acknowledge funding and any conflicts of interest that should be disclosed.

Poster Presentations

Posters will be assigned to a poster session either 20:00 – 22:00 on Tuesday, 13:30 – 15:30 on Wednesday or 16:00 – 18:00 on Wednesday.  Authors will be asked to be by their poster either for the first or second half of their poster session to present the poster.

Each poster will be assigned a space approximately 45 inches by 45 inches (114 cm x 114 cm). We recommend that your poster be less than this size (perhaps 36 inches or 1 meter wide at the most) to allow enough space between posters. Please make sure that the title of your poster matches the title of your submitted paper.  Pushpins will be available to mount the posters.
