Why Strategic Planning?
Strategic planning is essential to ensure our society remains responsive to the evolving needs of our members and the broader community. Through this process, we aim to:
- Clarify Our Vision and Mission: Refine our purpose to reflect the aspirations of our members.
- Set Measurable Goals: Establish clear objectives to drive impact and ensure accountability.
- Adapt to Emerging Trends: Identify opportunities and challenges within our field.
- Strengthen Member Engagement: Ensure the voices of our diverse membership guide our priorities.
How We’ll Achieve This
We aim to engage members, stakeholders, and partners in meaningful dialogue. Our strategic planning process will be inclusive to reflect the perspectives of our diverse community.

- Stakeholder Consultations – Engaging key partners and collaborators.
- Environmental Scanning – Identifying trends and opportunities in the BCI field.
