Satellite Events

Hosting a satellite event at the 11th International BCI Meeting provides you with many added values including access to a large international audience comprised of BCI researchers and professionals, in addition to the option of receiving support with your meeting logistics.
Podium Conference Specialists will be pleased to provide support with the planning of your satellite event. We can assist you with many of the time-consuming logistical aspects of event planning as well as handling registrations, processing fees and managing other administrative tasks.
Satellite Events Proposal Submission Guidelines
BCI Society members in good standing are invited to submit Satellite Event Proposals. They can be scheduled on Monday, June 2, 2025, for either a half-day or a full day. Satellite Events need to be completed by 3:00 pm.
You will be asked to provide the following information:
- Event title
- Names and contact information of the event organizer(s)
- Names and affiliations of event presenters
- Proposed format of the satellite event (half day or full day)
- A summary of the event that can be used as information for delegates
- An abstract presenting the proposed theme and motivation as well as an explanation of the satellite event’s relevance for BCI Meeting delegates.
The Scientific Program Committee will review the proposal for acceptance.
Please note:
- Registration for the 2025 BCI Meeting is mandatory.
- Organizers are responsible for all costs associated with the Satellite Event but can look into charging participants to recoup some of the cost.
